Architectural Design Review CWA is very proud of it's contributions to the new "Architectural Design Review Standards" for Stamford's downtown, DSSD district. The standards, worked on for many years, by David Woods and CWA staff, are now adopted for anyone doing a new building or renovation, in this easy to use manual of principles and guidelines.

All projects are personally designed and managed by the firm's partners: Harry Culpen, David Woods and Nigel Marsh.
Founded in 1991, the practice started upon an experience base in retail planning, historic restorationand corporate interiors. CWA has now completed all types of commercial and residential projects ranging from: office buildings, housing, apartment buildings, retail, mixed use centers, public institutions to individual houses, club interiors and health/fitness facilities.
A wide range of building and project types has kept the practice informed, original and engaging. Many of those are represented here.

96 unit, low income housing project in Middletown, CT for Richman Group nears completion.
Two new apartment tower projects underway in Yonkers for the Richman Group.
The first addition to the Spa at Cuisinart Resort & Spa is now under construction. A 76 unit condominium project on an adjacent parcel to start in 2007.
New athletic center at Marvelwood School, in Kent CT, is under construction. Occupancy expected in september 2007.
Construction to start on old coachworks factory for Charkit Chemical's new offices in South Norwalk.
