Ares, 10th Fl. 1 Atlantic Street, Stamford
MONY real estate group, renamed themselves as "ARES"
and decided to expand their operations to the top floor of One Atlantic
Street. This 10th floor plan was developed around the same concepts used
on three. But, the layout of work stations was revised to take better
advantage of the light penetration on the narrow floor plate.
CWA has since redesigned this floor plan two more times. The most recent iteration is for AKF engineers, a frequent consultant on CWA projects.
