Ashburton Avenue A&B
Once again working with the Richman Group, in Yonkers this time. Two projects are located a block away and are a part of the broad master plan for downtown, set to bring some 500 affordable units to the community, over the next 10 years.. Site A is a 6 story apartment building of rusticated brick and precast details. It contains approximately 80 units in a typical apartment block double loaded corridor. Views to the west extend beyond the Hudson River in the West.

Site B of similar size and scope, is intended to start in mid 2007. Site C will come along soon after that.
