CWA has established a leadership position in the design and production of commercial structures. Many of the firm’s projects are restorations of older historic buildings or mid-modern office buildings that have grown tired and need repositioning in a progressive leasing market. One Atlantic Street is a distinct example. Having outdated engineering systems, the building was re-engineered and completed with great attention to finish details. It was fully leased within 1 and 1/2 years. The story is just as impressive for 19 and 9 Old King’s Highway and 600 Summer St.
