Many of the firm's projects are restorations of older historic buildings or mid-modern office buildings that have grown tired; in need of repositioning in a progressive leasing market. 1 Atlantic Street is a distinct example. Having outdated engineering systems, the building was re-engineered and restored with great attention to finish details. |
