Cuisinart Villas
The resort has expanded near the main club
house, on property that extends down to the beachfront. The new "Villa
units" are a different model than the original villas, made up
of clustered one and two story buildings, entered through courtyards.
Each unit has two bedrooms and modest living areas. The living areas
open to private swimming pools. Many of the units have direct access
to the beach front. As before, the materials are crisp white stucco
over concrete block with lavish landscaping and privacy for the individual
courtyards and pools.
