Culpen Residence, Old Greenwich
This house has evolved over the years with frequent additions and playful accessories, but the basic plan organization has remained. The original featured a grand two story living room on the south side that has been expanded with bedrooms off the 2nd floor balcony. Family, kitchen and dining rooms are all facing the LI Sound inlet in the back and flooded with light throughout the day.
