Kiley Residence, Stamford
An existing house, dating to the mid 60’s, was purchased by this new owner intent on changing both the plan and the exterior appearance. The property is in a prime location and quite scenic with it’s mature trees and elegant vegetation.

The entire roof was raised and a second floor was added. likewise the facades all had to be revised to accomodate the new roof pitch as well as new window profiles. A master suite was added to the south end. Likewise, the garage was completely rebuilt with an additional bay and second floor “play room”.
