Carlson & Carlson office
Construction is completed for
this old/new building renovation that restored a very old "barn"
building dated to the 1920's. It was originally used as a horse stable
near the train tracks in Riverside. See Carlson & Carlson.
River Commons Apartments,
23,000 sq ft of renovation to the existing A&E space at Harbor Point
is completed. The construction enhances the tech and editing spaces
in a more centralized location.
Forester Capital, Greenwich
The third renovation and expansion for a financial services firm is
now complete. CWA is currently exploring additional phased expansion
options and a new server pantry room.
Thorndal Circle, Darien
CWA provides on-going CAD documentation and interior design for tenant
spaces at Thorndal Circle in Darien.
CWA is working with River Commons Associates on CD's for the
renovation of an existing 34 unit apartment building. Documents have
been submitted to the State and CHFA for funding.
Meadowbrook II, Tinton
Zoning has granted approval, and ground has broken for an affordable
housing project in New Jersey. A component of the program is apartments
for developmentally disabled individuals under the direction of Arc
CWA continues work on various doctor's suites (tenant interiors) for
Greenwich Hospital. These build-outs are located in older office buildings
across multiple towns of CT and NY. The most recent is an IVF clinic
completed in Tuckahoe, NY.
The Marvelwood School
Site masterplanning has
been in development for a number of years. Specific concepts have
considered locations for a new Student Center, and a Performing Arts
Center, and a Studio Arts Center near the academic court. CWA has
started concept design for a combined building to house all three
