On the boards
 
“On the boards” projects, are named by the - old - practice of doing design and docments on “drafting boards.” Now projects are always in a “electronic state” of computer animated design and documentation ( CADD) and are "in the box".

Commercial
Thorndal Circle, Darien
CWA provides base CAD documentation and Interior design for a group of buildings at Thorndal Circle, in Darien, CT.
600 Summer Sreet. Stamford
Construction work continues at 600 Summer St. lobbies and TI projects throughout the building. The main lobby will have new "glass" column covers, soon. Site work is in progress. The ground floor "store front" glass wall was completed for a new bank tenant.


Interiors
Old Hill Partners, Darien
Alterations are now complete on the 3rd floor of Thorndal Circle, Bld.1 - trading floor and corporate offices for this hedge fund. The space was taken over from North Shore Asset Managment.
Circle Trust, Darien
Construction completed on 2nd floor, Thorndal Circle, Bld.1 - corporate offices for this financial services firm.
The Richman Group, Greenwich
Documents are in progress for 18,000 sq. ft. of alteraions to an old mill building in Greenwich, CT.
Liebert Publishing, New Rochelle
Construction now complte for 15,000 sq. ft. of interior alterations to top floor of 140 Huguenot, in New Rochelle.
New Star Financial, Inc., Darien
constrcution is just completed for this financial services firm and now CWa is planning an expansion to the intital build out.


Residential
Kiley House, Stamford
The Kiley house construction is complete. Options for additional millwork details and finishes are in the works.
Ferry St. Apartments, Middletown
The design has just been approved by the Urban Redevelopment Commission for this 100 unit housing project. The form and elevations take ample cues from the turn the century, brick buildings in the neighborhood. Dark green trim will complete the detailing.
The Kingswood Apartments, Stamford
This conversion of this senior’s apartment building on Courtland Ave. into condominiums is complete and sales have been a huge success.
Cuisinart Resort & Spa, Anguilla, BWI
"Concept" design is in the works for this new condominium project adjacent to the resort that CWA completed some 6 years ago. A golf course is now in the planning stages just beyond this site. These new condominiums will have great views and use of all the resort facilities.


Hospitality
Country Club of Darien, Darien
Initial designs have been formulated for: staff housing, maintenance building, west facade, pool entrance, main kitchen and private dining room. A schedule for zoning submissions is in the works.
Innis Arden Golf Club, Old Greenwich
Documents are in progress for 18,000 sq. ft. of alteraions to an old mill building in Greenwich, CT
The Field Club, Greenwich
Initital construction has been completed for the kitchen and dining room. CWA has now turned to other selected alterations to the "squash building".
Stamford Yacht Club, Stamford
Documents are in progress for kitchen and circulation alteraionsto this older club house building.


Public/Institutions
Knights of Columbus, Stamford
Zoning approvals and construction documents are complete. Contracts for construction are in place for this new building on Shippan Ave. across from Cummings Park.
The Mavelwood School - Athletic Center, Kent
Construcution documentation and engineering are in the final stages and will be ready for Fall 05' bidding. Marvelwood is stepping up their fund raising efforts to "get the shovels in the ground" - by late Fall.
