Greenwich Avenue Car Wash, Stamford
Construction is set to begin on this new full-service car wash. The building design features great sustainable technologies: a radiant heat floor system, solar photovoltaic energy, R-30 insulation made of recycled denim/cotton in all exterior walls, and LED light fixtures.

Thorndal Circle, Darien
CWA is providing on-going CAD documentation and interior design for tenant spaces in the group of buildings at Thorndal Circle in Darien, CT.

Interiors

Forester Capital, Greenwich
The documents for this renovation and expansion project will go out to bid this month. CWA worked closely with the firm owner and managers to accommodate additional professionals and to create a fresh and healthy work environment. Large interior windows at the new conference room and perimeter offices allow daylight to stream into open plan workstations and circulation space.

Taylor Design, Stamford
Taylor Design, a local graphic design firm, recently moved into their newly completed space. The environment has a flair for new technology in an older loft/industrial shell. The design preserves the natural textures of the exposed brick and steel structure. The lighting is highly energy efficient and insulation was added in the ceiling to reduce the HVAC load.

Residential/Multi-Family

Cinnaminson Village Apartments, New Jersey
This three building, 75 unit, garden style apartment complex is in development. The design for these affordable housing units is planned to NJ HMFA and NJ Green Future Homes standards.

Club/Hospitality

Cuisinart Resort & Spa, Anguilla, BWI
Construction of the Spa building is nearly complete. The spa is up and running. The new Tokyo Bay Restaurant on the top floor continues with construction and should be open in the Fall of 2010.

Country Club of Darien
The new Environmental Care Center and Course Restrooms are complete and fully-functioning. The state-of-the-art maintenance facility was designed to advanced environmental standards. It houses staff, equipment, storage and care of the golf course equipment.

Public/Academic

Greenwich Hospital
CWA continues work on various tenant spaces/doctor's suites for Greenwich Hospital. These build-outs are located in older office buildings across multiple towns of CT and NY. The most recent project is an IVF Center currently under construction for Tuckahoe, NY.
