CWA is providing on going CAD documentation and interior design for tenant spaces in the group of buildings at Thorndal Circle in Darien, CT.

Interiors

Taylor Design, Stamford
CWA is working on the office alterations for Taylor Design, a local graphic design firm that has gained traction in recent years. Construction is underway on this industrial looking space. Plans call for keeping the brick, steel and wood beams in a natural state. Lighting is to be highly energy efficient.

Residential/Multi-Family

Croton Heights on Ashburton Avenue, Yonkers
The first of two Ashburton Avenue apartment buildings has recently been completed and was leased in record time. The second building has reached the design development phase and has been submitted to DHCR for funding.

Hospitality

Cuisinart Resort & Spa, Anguilla, BWI
Construction of the Spa building is complete and it is up and running. The new Tokyo Bay Restaurant on the top floor continues with construction.

Country Club of Darien
The new kitchen/administration building has opened to great acclaim. CWA has turned their attention to a replacement for the medallion room and other assundry facade improvements.

The new staff housing is complete. This facility is a significant improvement to the living quarters for staff members.

The new Environmental Care Center, "ECC," is under construction. This state-of-the-art maintenance facility is designed to advanced environmental standards. It houses staff, equipment, storage and care of the golf course equipment. Construction is to be completed in the Spring of 2010.

Public/Academic

Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich, CT
CWA has started working on various tenant spaces/doctor's suites for Greenwich Hospital. These are frequently located in older office buildings across the town.
