We enjoy the technical aspects of the specialized work in restoration and adaptive reuse. One of our first endeavors, 1 Atlantic Street, has received wide recognition. Each project has it's own intrinsic design, engineering and construction challenges and each building has a feature or personality waiting to be exposed.
