The practice was inaugurated upon the partner’s background in retail planning with a large international firm. It started with a retainer from the Rouse Company and grew into planning projects with Enterprise Development Corporation and other international developers. Many of these projects involve private development together with various issues in community master planning. Aloha tower is a great example of the partnership necessary in urban development projects. The design concepts remained fundamental and linked to the partnership goals.
