The practice was inaugurated upon the partner's background in retail planning with a large international firm. It started with a retainer from the Rouse Company and grew into planning projects with Enterprise Development Corporation and other international developers. Many of these projects involve private development combined with community master planning. Admiral's Wharf is a great example of the partnership necessary in urban projects. It was conceived as a new urban settlement with livable community aspirations and sustainable environmental goals. |
