Swisher, Darien
This small holding company needed 100% large private
offices, with individual windows, and only a few centralized support spaces.
They chose this small narrow building, in it's park setting, for their
corporate identity. Offices are placed on the second floor (with views)
and board room, employee fitness spaces and lounge are all located on
the first floor, near circulation and doors to the outside.
