Trinity Church properties, New York City
Beginning in 1998, CWA initiated improvements to a number of properties owned by Trinity Real Estate in the Tribeca District of Manhattan. Many of these renovations and improvements involved upgrades of common areas, code compliance and ADA adaptations. Other projects required tenant improvements to relocate companies or convert entire floors from industrial use to commercial and office use.

The project shown here is an alteration to the ground floor and facade at 425 Varrick St.
