PRINCIPAL, PROJECT DELIVERY / MANAGEMENT
Nigel P. Marsh, RIBA, ARB, Assoc. AIA
Nigel's received his formal architectural education
at the Kingston School of Architecture in England. He is registered
with the Architects Registration Board of the United Kingdom, is a
member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and is an Associate
Member of the AIA.
Before taking up residence in the US, Nigel developed a strong background
in construction detailing and project management. He was associated
with the firm of Ken Martin & Associates for the restoration /
renovation of the National Museums & Galleries Conservation Center,
on Merseyside, near London.
While in New York, he worked with the firm of Harman Jablin, as Project
Architect for the renovation of the Mercer Hotel, the conversion of
100 Vandam Street and commercial interiors renovations at 1372 Broadway
and 3 Lincoln Center.
Nigel joined CWA in 1993. He was initially responsible for production
of the office and commercial projects, including 19 Old Kings Highway,
One Atlantic Street, the Holly Houses, Redman's Hall and the Country
Club of Darien. He directed the design, detailing through construction
management, of the award winning Malloy House, Laurel Mall and the
Cuisinart Resort and Spa in Anguilla. For the past five years he has
been responsible for a number of significant senior and affordable
housing projects located throughout the Tri-State region, including
Courtland Gardens, Wharfside Commons, Meadowbrook Apartments and Croton
Heights (Ashburton Avenue - Site B).
Nigel was named a Partner in the firm in 2006.
