A number of projects defy categorization, but yet are absorbing public or academic institutionsor even non-profit organizations. These buildings frequently require specialized public requirements distinct from the development goals. CWA has successfully balanced the needs of the constituents and participants while at the same time maximizing the goals of the development team or the institution it serves.
