Multi family housing projects are some of the more rewarding that CWA has executed. Some of these projects, such as Rippowam Park, are for low and moderate income families. Others like Courtland Gardensthe Kingswood Apartments, are conversions in upscale residential neighborhoods. We give to each project, great attention to site development, building context, neighborhood association, and human scale. We anticipate each resident having an “ownership” in their personal space within the larger community or town plan.
