Multi-family housing projects have been some of our more rewarding to date. Some of these, such as Rippowam Park, are for low and moderate income families. Others, like Courtland Gardens and the Kingswood Apartments, are conversions in upscale residential neighborhoods. We pay great attention to site development, building context, neighborhood association and human scale, in the hope that each resident will feel "ownership" of their personal space within a larger community.
