Cuisinart Condominiums
CWA is working on multiple projects for the Cuisinart Resort & Spa. This new condominium development will be on an adjacent undeveloped parcel, of 5 acres, just opposite the resort entrance. It is surrounded on 3 sides by a grand new golf course and will have views to the water and to St. Martin beyond. Fourteen, four story buildings are grouped in a hemicycle and large entry courtyard that also serves as an auto-court. Each of 56 apartments will be grand, at 3,300 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms and views everywhere, across multiple balconies.
