A pristine wooded site in central New Jersey has been waiting for a housing development for almost two decades. This latest proposal, for a significant 200 bed Assisted Living and Senior Housing community is heavily supported by the community and mayor’s office. The proposal calls for 120 assisted living units and 80 senior independent living units along with 18 units for Alzheimer/dementia residents. The buildings fit the site best across the crest of the hill, running East to West. The two major uses are separated by the drop off, porte cochere, while the drive and parking areas navigate around the perimeter.
