Forest Street
This almost-completely new building will stand in the Stamford, downtown where there is currently a large children's toy/apparel store. The ground floor will remain retail, but 2 upper floors will be added to make 18, market rate apartments of mostly 1 bedroom variety. The entire project will have a "loft" feel similar to New York urban, turn of the century, brick buildings. The base will be of rusticated limestone with large retail windows and glass canopies along the street walkway.
