This "new" building was placed onto the shell of the old Baby Toy Superstore. A floor was inserted above the retail base in what was a double height storage area. It is designed to look like a classic urban loft, located in the downtown area, center of retailing, nightlife, and just off Bedford St.

The building contains two upper stories with 16 apartments of "urban loft" design, and ground floor retail of 14,000 SF. The facade uses traditional construction detailing, rusticated limestone base, brick on upper two stories, crown molding trim, and casement windows. A glass and steel canopy runs along the street and side faces to allow for future retailing options.
