One Atlantic StreeT, STAMFORD
This oldest “high rise” in Stamford is located at the most prominent corner in the city. Years of neglect, and outdated systems caused the building to loose it’s grand position as the symbolic center of the city. The renovation program rearranged the bank and spaces on the first floor and restored all of the upper floors with new common lobbies. A dramatic piece of the restoration was completed in the elevator lobby with it’s new marble walls, ceiilng and lighting design to enhance the original historic structure.
