Admiral’s Wharf, Stamford
A 40 acre mixed use development is intended for the “West Branch” of Stamford Harbor. It comprises 1.12 million square feet; with 600 apartments, a 200,000 square foot office building, a mixed use “Maritime Center”. CWA is charged with design and concept master plan responsibilities for the Maritime Center and office segments of the plan. The 160,000. s.f. maritime building will have a nautical museum on the ground floor, along with a fish market, grocery store, oyster bar, shops and a theme restaurant. A major catering service and several banquet rooms will fill the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor will have 21 live-work loft apartments offered as condominiums.
