Station Place, Fairfield
The city of Fairfield identified a property
for development adjacent to the historic railroad station in the
downtown, and offered
it to developers for low and moderate income senior housing.
They further required a moderate rise structure of approximately
45 to 70 units. The building design consists of a masonry base
with two levels of parking forming a landscaped plaza. Above
the plaza, one level of offices, community rooms, and then
three levels of apartments above that
The development team of
the Richman Group & CWA were awarded
the project
in 1999. |
