Seznec Residence, Maryland
This owner purchased a large plot of land on Chesapeake
Bay and decided to retire and build a modest family "farm"
house. The result takes it's cues from traditional center hall colonial
houses of the south. This one has a red metal roof and large screened
porches in the back facing the south. The front entrance is purposely
understated to blend with it's colonial character.
