Babcock & Brown, Greenwich
At first, a small group of partners of this large investment advisory firm moved to Greenwich to limit their commute into New York. The original space was designed to provide 4 partner offices and a few temporary offices for visiting partners. As those filled up, the expansion plan went into effect. The third phase of growth for additional partners moving out of the city, is now finshed.
