Foundation Medical Partners
These alterations in Rowayton for Foundation Medical
Partners have opened the spaces to the river and great views beyond. The
original building, constructed in the 70's along the Five Mile River,
has had a variety of tenants over the years. This investment company wanted
the interior spaces filled with views to the harbor in all directions.
Windows, floor to ceiling, with cherry wood frames are everywhere at offices,
conference rooms and staff areas. Additional corrections were made to
HVAC and electrical capabilities throughout.
