GE Capital Real Estate relocated three operating
groups of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. each, fitting perfectly into 3
full floors of this downtown office building. The offices are intentionally
"spare" (not fancy) but operate with a clear, concise circulation
pattern around the perimeter and core "opaque" spaces in the
center of the plan. Some of those are computer rooms, copy, file and group
training spaces.
Work was completed in record time for occupancy after only 3 months design time.
