Old Town Hall, Stamford
The Mayor put together a committee of citizens and public officials to work out a marketing plan for the long unoccupied “Old Town Hall”. The resulting masterplan established rehabilitation concepts to support specialized new uses. The first task was to identify potential users including: retail, office, non-profit, community service and restaurants. Second task was to analyze the infrastructure improvements along with the potential cost impact for such things as vertical transportation, egress, toilets and fire safety.
