Redman’s Hall, Stamford
The historic Redman’s Hall was saved from the wrecking ball by UBS Warburg (formerly Swiss Bank Corp.) for use as a new Child Development Center and the Employee's Fitness Club. Almost 60 years old, the building was in need of complete gut renovation and structural enhancement to support the new use.

The child care entrance is through a new “back yard” and a dramatic outdoor play area was placed on the roof top
