Taft hotel, New haven CT
CWA was asked by the owner of the historic Taft Hotel (now apartment building) on New Haven's central "Green", to do a study of the ground floor spaces, including: retail amenities, and areas of retail expansion. The study was completed with a rendering of the proposed improvements to initiate construction cost estimates and further real estate leasing studies .
