One piece of the overall masterplan for this
waterfront property is a mixed use "Maritime Center." CWA
is in charge of the design and conceptual master plan for all the
retail amenities. The 160,000. s.f. Maritime Building will have a
nautical museum on the ground floor, along with a fish market, grocery
store, oyster bar, shops and a theme restaurant. A major catering
