Shoreline Village, Long Beach
In addition to opening up this grand Harbor for better access and increased waterfront activity, three distinct areas for future expansion are planned. The first and largest area is at the foot of Pine Avenue where a new circular auto plaza along with three new “individual theme” restaurants are planned. The second expansion area will consist of additional boardwalk shops between Shoreline Drive and the Harbor. The third is a an extension of the existing pavilion roofs retail areas.
