Shoreline Village, Long Beach
In addition to opening up this grand harbor
for better access and increased waterfront activity, three distinct
areas for future expansion were planned at Shoreline Village. The
first and largest area was to be at the foot of Pine Avenue, where
a new circular auto plaza was designed along with three new theme
restaurants. The second expansion area consisted of additional boardwalk
shops between Shoreline Drive and the harbor. The third area was an
extension of the existing retail under the pavilion roofs.
