Cuisinart Resort and Spa, Anguilla BWI
Cuisinart, the marketer of cookware, created a luxury resort and spa as a supplement to a “healthy, cooking, eating” direction in marketing. This resort faces south, on Rendezvous Bay, 20 acres of idealic sandy beach looking toward the island St. Martin. A central three-story commons building with two levels of apartment suites above, a spa, a hydroponic greenhouse and three-story villas make up the community of small buildings. All the villas are distributed along the beach, at the edge of the dune, with the essential panorama of the Caribbean.

There was great attention to environmental impact of the building components.
