CLUB/HOSPITALITY

Innis Arden Golf Club - Masterplan

Innis Arden completed four buildings in three phases along with the restoration of the golf course. Buildings in phased construction include: new cart barn, paddle warming hut, irrigation pump house and golf teaching barn.

The cart barn was first. It is a two story structure adjacent to the original club house in a highly visible location. Carts are washed, stored and staged for the next day on the ground floor, and a large storage area fills the second floor. It is also connected by bridge to the back of the club house and the main kitchen. Visually, it is an extension of the club house, matching materials and details.

The pump house and the paddle hut were next. They are designed for a different setting in the landscape, with materials of natural character, stained shingle siding and green trim. The pump house holds a high tech irrigation/fertigation system of turbines and mixing tanks inside this rustic shell. The paddle hut is wedged between four paddle courts with views to all four sides.
