Cuisinart Venus Spa
There is a substantial need for larger, extensive
spa facilities at the Cuisinart Resort & Spa. The current, small 4,000
sq. ft. 2 story building is unable to meet the needs of guests, and
is too small to provide the latest equipment and treatments. An additional
24,000 is proposed.
The present building is located at the west
side of the resort property and is shaped into a circular front façade
with curved second floor. Salon windows provide panoramic views to the
sea and the Island of St. Martin beyond. The addition will contain expanded
gym spaces and equipment, enlarged spa treatment facilities, gift shop,
and an elevator with a third floor lounge. Outdoor treatment rooms at
the upper deck are a special feature.
