Roxbury Swim & Tennis Club, Tennis / Paddle house
The new “hut” is designed to serve 2 seasons; warming bungalow for the winter, paddle season, and tennis pro shop/lounge in summer. It’s equipped with toilets, changing areas, a large living/TV room, pantry and pro shop. The design takes advantage of this naturally wooded site on a promontory near the upper tennis courts and the paddle courts. It's grand deck can look at courts on three sides and see to the lower courts at the corners. Covered walkway around the grand room also shields the sun in summer and the elements in winter --- and of course, serves as a great outdoor party space!!!
